About the product
A separate adapter is required to use a lens filter with the RICOH GR series.
For details, please check the " How to use lens filters on RICOH GR series " page.
RF-CPL and CDF/OPF use very thin frames, so they can be stacked and attached to the lens.
When stacking, attach the CDF/OPF on the lens side and attach the RF-CPL on top of that.
Due to the high performance (wide angle) of the camera installed in the iPhone, we have discontinued the sales of the attachment lens related products for the iPhone.

About product delivery
Items ordered by 9:00 am will be shipped the same day, and items ordered after 9:00 am will be shipped the next business day.
In addition, we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, so orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be shipped the next business day. note that. (Regarding shipments during the year-end and New Year holidays and summer holidays, we will inform you accordingly on this site.)
Regarding the shipment of pre-ordered products, we will ship them sequentially as soon as the products arrive.
In-stock items ordered at the same time as the pre-order items will be shipped together with the arrival of the pre-order items.
If you do not want the pre-order item and the in-stock item to be shipped together, please place separate orders for the pre-order item and the in-stock item.
The ordered products will be delivered by Yamato Transport.
If the total price of the product is ¥10,000 (excluding tax) or more, it will be delivered free of charge (*1).
In addition, some products can be shipped in light packaging (uniform shipping fee ¥378) that can be delivered at a reduced shipping fee. (*2)
Please note that for products paid by cash on delivery (*1), a cash-on-delivery charge will be required according to the total price.
The total amount including the delivery charge can be paid by cash or credit card.
*1 Delivery within Japan only *2 If you use light packaging, you cannot specify the delivery time.
For orders placed after 0:00 on February 1, 2019, if you specify cash on delivery, the following cash on delivery fee will be required in addition to the product price.
Less than ¥10,000: ¥330
¥10,000 to ¥30,000: ¥440
¥30,000 to ¥100,000: ¥660
From ¥100,000 to ¥300,000: ¥1,100
Basically, we will use EMS (international speed mail), but if you wish to use other services such as FedEX, please contact us using the inquiry form.
About purchasing products
You can use credit cards (VISA, mastercard, AMEX), cash on delivery (*2), Apple Pay (*3), PayPal, and Google Pay.
*2 Cash on delivery is only accepted for deliveries within Japan.
*3 Apple Pay can only be used with the internet browser Safari.

All TOKYO GRAPHER products are sold online only and do not have a physical store.
About returns and exchanges
In the unlikely event that the product is defective, we will exchange it for a good product after returning it.
We will bear the return shipping fee, so please send it back by cash on delivery.
Also, please note that if the same product cannot be prepared, we may issue a refund.
If you wish to return or exchange an item for your own reasons, please be sure to contact us in advance by email or telephone within 7 days of receiving the item. We will process the refund as soon as possible.
The return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
*Please note that if you return the product without contacting us in advance, we will not be able to accept it.
*Please use a courier service when returning items to avoid delivery problems.
*Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees when returning an item.
*Please note that the shipping fee for the exchange will be borne by the customer.
*The following cases cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items that have been accidentally damaged or defaced by the customer.
- Goods used.
- 7 days or more have passed since the product arrived.
