OPF/CDF repair service
In order to allow OPF/CDF users to use the product for a longer period of time, we are offering discounted prices for products that can no longer be used due to scratches, cracks, or cracks on the glass surface of filter products. This is a repair/replacement service.
The replacement cost will vary depending on the size and will be as follows.
Broken or scratched glass: 25% of product price + shipping fee
Broken or scratched glass + deformed or damaged filter frame: 50% of the product price + Shipping fee

Glass replacement process
Step.1 Application for glass replacement
You can check the estimated repair fee on the repair application page.
Please enter the product name, select the malfunction symptom, etc., and check the estimated repair fee.
Step.2 Product
Please package the affected product, write the reception number on the courier delivery slip, and send it to the TOKYO GRAPHER repair center below.
Step.3 After the repair is completed, we will return the product to the customer.

Notes
- This service is available only to those who purchased the product from the TOKYO GRAPHER official website. Those who purchased from other stores cannot use the service.
- Depending on the state of damage to the product, the product may be replaced with a new one without prior notice.
