OPF 650-C

OPF (Optical Preset Filter) is a camera lens filter designed to control specific wavelengths of light,
allowing sensations such as the temperature of the air, shifts in light balance, and lingering aftertones
to be layered into a photograph.

Its optical design targets wavelengths around 650 nanometers,
interacting with the characteristics of red light
to bring a sense of atmosphere and striking light to evening scenes.

The C (Clear) model does not diffuse light.
It preserves the original contours of the image
while drawing out color shifts and light responses created by its coating characteristics.

As a PLUS filter within the Layer-X system,
it is intended to be layered only when needed,
allowing the direction of atmospheric expression to be adjusted
without disrupting the original rendering.

  • It is a file optimized for the latest Lightroom version. Depending on the version of Lightroom, it may not be able to be installed properly.

Layer-X PLUS Filter

The Layer-X PLUS Filter is an optical filter that attaches magnetically to the front of the Layer-X BASE, adding optical effects to your images.
Cross, ND, and CPL filters can be layered easily whenever they are needed, expanding creative possibilities during shooting.

Even when a PLUS Filter is added, the increase in thickness is just 3.4mm.
It can be used with wide-angle lenses equivalent to 24mm without noticeable vignetting at the edges of the frame.
A magnet is also built into the front, allowing multiple PLUS filters to be stacked together for easy storage and transport.

A Layer-X BASE Filter is required to use the Layer-X PLUS Filter.
