About product delivery
shipment of goods
Items ordered by 9:00 am will be shipped the same day , and items ordered after 9:00 am will be shipped the next business day.
In addition, we are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, so orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be shipped the next business day. note that. (Regarding shipments during the year-end and New Year holidays and summer holidays, we will inform you accordingly on this site.)
Shipment of pre-ordered products
Regarding the shipment of pre-ordered products, we will ship them sequentially as soon as the products arrive .
In-stock items ordered at the same time as the pre-order items will be shipped together with the arrival of the pre-order items .
If you do not wish to have pre-ordered products and in-stock products shipped together,
Please place separate orders for pre-order items and in-stock items.
Delivery method/shipping
For delivery within Japan
The ordered products will be delivered by Yamato Transport.
If the total price of the product is ¥10,000 (excluding tax) or more, it will be delivered free of charge (*1).
In addition, some products can be shipped in light packaging (uniform shipping fee ¥378) that can be delivered at a reduced shipping fee. (*2)
Please note that for products paid by cash on delivery (*1), a cash-on-delivery charge will be required according to the total price.
The total amount including the delivery charge can be paid by cash or credit card.
*1 Delivery within Japan only *2 If you use light packaging, you cannot specify the delivery time.

You can use credit cards (VISA, mastercard, AMEX), cash on delivery (*2), Apple Pay (*3), PayPal, and Google Pay.
*2 Cash on delivery is only accepted for deliveries within Japan.

For first-time lens/filter purchasers
If you are purchasing lenses or filters for the first time, or if you have any questions about purchasing lenses or filters, please refer to the " Lens/Filter Purchase Guide ".
Lens/filter purchase flow
Select your iPhone version on the lens/filter purchase page to see mounts and accessories compatible with your iPhone version.

Please select your iPhone version first.
2. Select Mount
The mounts corresponding to the selected iPhone version will be displayed. A dedicated mount is required to use tokyo grapher lenses/filters.
If you are purchasing a lens/filter for the first time, or if you are purchasing a mount at the same time, please select the desired mount here.
If you already have a mount and do not wish to purchase an additional mount, please select "None".
3. Select accessories
Accessories such as handles that can be used when shooting and cases that can store lenses/filters are displayed.
Please click on the item you wish to purchase. If you do not wish to purchase accessories, please select "None".
4. Click the "Add to Cart" button
Click the button to move to the cart screen.

If there is a defective product
In the unlikely event that the product is defective, we will exchange it for a good product after returning it.
We will bear the return shipping fee, so please send it back by cash on delivery.
Also, please note that if the same product cannot be prepared, we may issue a refund.
In case of return due to customer's convenience
If you wish to return or exchange an item for your own reasons, please be sure to contact us in advance by email or telephone within 7 days of receiving the item. We will process the refund as soon as possible.
The return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
*Please note that if you return the product without contacting us in advance, we will not be able to accept it.
*Please use a courier service when returning items to avoid delivery problems.
*Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping and handling fees when returning an item.

*The following cases cannot be returned or exchanged.

Member benefits
If you register as a member, you will be notified by e-mail of information on new products and advantageous information such as member-only coupons.
There is no annual membership fee for registration.
Member registration procedure

2. Click the "Create an account" link at the bottom of the login screen
3. Enter the account information to be registered

If you forget your password
1. Click "Forgot your password?" on the login screen
2. Enter your registered email address on the "Reset password" screen
After entering your email address, click the "Send" button. An email will be sent to the registered email address that you have entered.
3. Click the "Re-register Password" button in the "Password Re-registration Notification" email
4. Register a new password on the "Reset account password" page
Enter a new password and enter the same password again for confirmation.
