To help you continue using your OPF / CDF filters for years to come,
this service offers repair or replacement at a reduced cost for filters that have become unusable due to scratches, cracks, or broken glass.
Replacement fees vary by filter size and are as follows:
Glass damage or scratches: 25% of the product price + shipping
Glass damage or scratches + frame deformation or damage: 50% of the product price + shipping
※ This service is available exclusively to customers who purchased their product through the official TOKYO GRAPHER website.
Requests without a valid purchase history cannot be accepted.

Step.3 修理完了後 弊社よりお客様へ該当製品をご返送いたします
修理期間は約１週間となります。
年末年始、GW等 弊社休業期間中は修理期間が長くなる場合がございます。
また、破損の状況により新品への交換となる場合がございますのでご了承ください。
