About delivery methods and fees

This page provides information regarding shipping.
Domestic orders within Japan are delivered by Yamato Transport. International orders are shipped via EMS (Japan Post).

Shipping Schedule

Orders placed before 9:00 AM (JST) are shipped the same day.
Orders placed after 9:00 AM (JST) will be shipped on the next business day.

We do not ship on weekends or Japanese public holidays.
Shipping is also suspended during year-end holidays and Golden Week.

*Holiday schedules will be announced separately.

Ship-from Location

All products are shipped from our own factory located in Sano, Tochigi, Japan.
Inspection and packaging are also handled at this facility.

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

Domestic deliveries are handled by Yamato Transport.
Shipping method varies depending on the size and weight of your order.

Shipping fees are flat rates by region, regardless of weight.
