To help you continue using your TOKYO GRAPHER filters for years to come, we offer a repair and replacement service at a reduced cost for filters that can no longer be used due to scratches, cracks, or broken glass.
Repair fees vary depending on the filter size and condition:
Scratched or cracked glass:
25% of the original product price + shipping
Scratched or cracked glass + damaged or deformed filter frame:
50% of the original product price + shipping
This service is available exclusively for products purchased through the official TOKYO GRAPHER website.
Customers without a purchase history are not eligible. Thank you for your understanding.

Step.3 修理完了後 弊社よりお客様へ該当製品をご返送いたします
修理期間は約１週間となります。
年末年始、GW等 弊社休業期間中は修理期間が長くなる場合がございます。
また、破損の状況により新品への交換となる場合がございますのでご了承ください。
