Layer-X PLUS

Sparkle4 reacts to point light sources and lifts them within the image as a subtle cross effect.
Streetlights, reflections, and small highlights in backlit scenes trigger four quiet rays extending vertically and horizontally.
By controlling surface reflections of the glass, softness is added not only to the light source itself but also to the surrounding area.
The effect is tuned to remain usable not only at night, but also in strong daylight or backlit scenes.
As a Layer-X PLUS filter, it can be stacked only when needed, adjusting the impression of light without disrupting the image’s overall rendering.

Sparkle4 は、点として現れる光に反応し、その光を写真の中で立ち上げるクロスフィルターです。
街灯や反射光、逆光に浮かぶ小さな光源に反応し、縦と横、4本の光芒が静かに現れます。

ガラス表面の反射をコントロールすることで、光源だけでなくその周囲にもやわらかな光の広がりを描写。
夜だけでなく、日中の強い光や逆光のシーンでも使いやすい効果に整えています。

Layer-X PLUS Filter

A filter that adds effects to your photography

The Layer-X PLUS Filter is an optical filter that attaches magnetically to the front of the Layer-X BASE, adding optical effects to your images.
Cross, ND, and CPL filters can be layered easily whenever they are needed, expanding creative possibilities during shooting.

Even when a PLUS Filter is added, the increase in thickness is just 3.4mm.
It can be used with wide-angle lenses equivalent to 24mm without noticeable vignetting at the edges of the frame.
A magnet is also built into the front, allowing multiple PLUS filters to be stacked together for easy storage and transport.

Description

Designed for carrying and storing filters during shoots,
this PVC pouch offers a simple and practical solution.

The pouch comes in black with a semi-transparent finish,
allowing you to easily check the contents and filter size,
while subtly obscuring them from view.

Made from durable PVC material,
it is resistant to water and dirt, making it suitable for outdoor shooting and travel.
An included urethane sheet prevents filters from coming into direct contact,
helping to reduce friction and protect them during transport.

A carabiner is attached to the pouch,
allowing it to be clipped to a bag or belt loop for easy access while shooting.

In addition to filter storage,
it can also be used as a small accessory pouch for cables or adapters.
