The Technology That Shapes Our Products

Layer-X PLUS Filter

An optical effect filter that magnetically layers onto the front of the BASE.
With an added thickness of approximately 3.5mm, cross, ND, and CPL filters can be layered as needed.

Hydro Shield Coating

A water-repellent, anti-smudge coating on both sides of the glass makes water droplets and oily smudges easier to wipe away, simplifying everyday care.

Layer-X PLUS Filter

The Layer-X PLUS Filter is an optical filter that attaches magnetically to the front of the Layer-X BASE, adding optical effects to your images.
Cross, ND, and CPL filters can be layered easily whenever they are needed, expanding creative possibilities during shooting.

Even when a PLUS Filter is added, the increase in thickness is just 3.4mm.
It can be used with wide-angle lenses equivalent to 24mm without noticeable vignetting at the edges of the frame.
A magnet is also built into the front, allowing multiple PLUS filters to be stacked together for easy storage and transport.

A Layer-X BASE Filter is required to use the Layer-X PLUS Filter.
