Regarding Shipments to Canada (as of October 2025)

Japan Post has temporarily suspended EMS (Express Mail Service) shipments to Canada.
Due to this suspension, TOKYO GRAPHER has paused accepting new orders destined for Canada.

This measure follows Japan Post’s announcement concerning ongoing postal strikes and reduced air transportation capacity in Canada, which have caused significant delays and service interruptions.

For customers who have already placed an order, we will process shipments as soon as they become possible.
If delivery cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued, and we will contact you directly by email.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and will resume accepting orders once Japan Post confirms the restoration of EMS services to Canada.
